Raised on my families near Lyon, France, I grew up surrounded by the rhythms of the seasons, the wonders of produce fresh from the fields, and of course, my mother’s inspiring home cooking. I spent his formative years training with several renowned chefs, including Roger Vergé, Georges Blanc, and Michel Guérard. Following 12 years in Indian Ocean for an international hotels resort, I Worked as Private Chef for numerous celebrities and dignitaries, including; President George Bush, President Jimmy Carter, T-MAC, Madonna, French Prime Minister Michel Rocard, King Hussein of Jordan, as well as others.
